## Employment visa bulletin

Compare final action and filing dates, check the USCIS chart for employment-based I-485 filings, and browse published monthly history.

Each row uses the verified edition for that month. Revisions keep separate source snapshots. A missing category or filing decision is not Current or a closed Chart B.

## Reading the bulletin

A priority date must be earlier than the cutoff; an equal date does not meet the date condition. C means Current, and U means unavailable. Chart A does not indicate that an application has been approved.

Changes are calendar-day differences between the same category, area, and chart in adjacent months. C and U transitions are shown as states; missing months are not interpolated. Cutoff movement is not an estimate of individual waiting time.

Chargeability usually follows country of birth. Mainland-born China is a separate column; spouse cross-chargeability and other exceptions require the applicable official rules.

USCIS selects the filing chart separately for employment and family preferences. If Chart A is Current or later than Chart B for a category, USCIS allows Chart A for filing in that category. Consult the linked month-specific instruction and other eligibility requirements.
